Refund policy

Nota Pro comes with a 14-day full refund, no questions asked.

How long

Ask within 14 days of your purchase. This applies whether or not you have downloaded Nota or activated your licence.

How to ask

Email support@saynota.com from the address you bought with. Add your order number if you have it; it helps, but you don’t need it. You don’t need to give a reason.

What happens

We approve the refund and Polar, the merchant of record, returns the full amount, including sales tax or VAT, to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank.

Your licence key is revoked, and the licence ends on all your Macs. Please remove the key from Nota (Settings › License › Deactivate this Mac).

After 14 days

After 14 days we don’t offer refunds as a rule. If Nota doesn’t work as described on your Mac, write to us anyway and we will look at it. This doesn’t affect rights you have under your country’s consumer law for faulty digital content.

Who handles the money

Polar Software Inc. sells Nota Pro as merchant of record and sends the refund. Bielfor LLC, which makes Nota, approves refunds under this policy.
